For our client in Basel we are looking for a reliable and motivated

Assistant 50%


  • Coordination and monitoring of the CEO's appointments and deadlines
  • Handling general telephone and written correspondence
  • Organization, preparation, and follow-up of meetings
  • Ensuring information flows at the executive team
  • Preparing protocols in German and English
  • Assisting in the creation of documents, presentations, and other communication materials in German and English
  • Ensuring the smooth processing of contracts, approvals, and authorizations according to decision-making authority
  • Collaboration with PR/Com

Erwartetes Profil

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting executive-level management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and German
